The style of the image, as well as the style worn by the subject, is much more 19th century. It looks like a wood engraving, which was not even around in the 17th century when Le Brun was working. (It may be an etching, however, which was available to artists in either period.) Although the name in the bottom right corner is not Grandville, it looks very much to be in the style of J.J. Grandville’s work.
