Willow Wolfe-Walk on the Wild Side

A judicious application of mixed media through the integration of fine art, faux finish and decorative techniques has enabled Willow Wolfe to create a unique catalogue of decorative art. Willow has distinguished her art by a number of varied and bold styles such as the use of a pen and ink approach that emphasizes non-traditional colors as well as reverse collage and the use of different modeling materials. In effect, it is the Pop Art influence and an understanding of imagery and colors that contribute to some unique arrangements on Willow’s part.
Willow has been able to attract a younger demographic of decorative artist by wandering on the wild side of a generally conservative industry yet retaining the pedagogically sound fundamentals of tole painting.
