It’s a touchy issue and its a hard act to follow. This rock as cosmic launching pad into the heavens, landing plop smack in front of Allah. Beam them up.Beam them up. When Israel conquered all of Jerusalem in the Six Day War, army chief rabbi Shlomo Goren though it an opportune time to blow the Mosque up to Allah as well. There is a peculiar difficult to pin-down illness specific to Jerusalem called Jersualem Syndrome that seems to get the best of the normally functional individuals. Who needs the Olympic games anyway….
From the Sacred Rock Muhammad, accompanied by Gabriel, next ascended, by a ladder of light, up into heaven; and, in anticipation, was vouchsafed the sight of the delights of Paradise. Passing through the seven heavens, Muhammad ultimately stood in the presence of Allah, from whom he received injunctions as to the prayers his followers were to perform. Thence, after a while, he descended again to earth; and, alighting at the foot of the ladder of light, stood again on the Sacred Rock at Jerusalem. Read More:http://www.templemount.org/allah.html
…The most dicey issue now is whether a Jew can actually go up to the Temple Mount, even if the choices an opportunities have been limited since Moshe Dayan handed over the keys to the Muslim officials. The predominant opinion of a significant chunk Jewish law experts have issued decrees prohibiting Jews from ascending to the site. One central reason is there is an absence of knowledge concerning the precise location of the Temple site. Close and approximate is not good enough.
The better safe than sorry school discourages Jewish entry to the Temple Mount. There is a sense of volatility here, heightened by a messianic dimension that we are living in the end of day, and that mistakes could delay the Messiah; also that tinkering in the tunnels and finding objects could place one’s life in danger and not by Muslims sent down to take care of business. Almost like using the Kabbalah in forbidden manners even if the intentions are to hasten the building of the Third Temple.
The official line of Israel’s Chief Rabbinate is indicated on the entrance entrance to the Mughrabi gate: off limits to Jews according to Jewish law. Even if known precisely where the permitted parts of the Temple Mount were, a Jew who wandered into uncharted waters so to speak would result in a grave desecration of Jewish law, a stepping on god’s honor and washing your hands forty times would not be enough. Ultimately, non-presence poses perhaps a worst scenario, that being a danger of jewish lives in general by abandoning part of the city of Muslims, and setting a precedent that would de-legitimize jewish presence in Jerusalem and in the land of Israel in general. Do you take back the keys, empty the hornet’s nest and keep it off limits for all? Who knows what they’ll find there.
( see link at end) ….Last Tuesday, July 17, Jeroen de Kreek stood trial for Holocaust denial and anti-Semitism.De Kreek is a former lawyer who has been bombarding the Dutch public with daily articles dedicated to Holocaust denial and various examples of anti-Semitism through his three websites and via Twitter. A few years ago, De Kreek was twice convicted for stalking and threatening former Dutch Prime Minister Jan-Peter Balkenende. Right now, De Kreek is the biggest producer of Holocaust denial and anti-Semitism in the Netherlands….
The trial before the court in Amsterdam started ‘in style’; De Kreek, wearing a T-shirt with ‘I love Jews’ on the front and ‘Against Zionism’ on the back, challenged the court for bias and asked the presiding Judge (Mr. Korthals Altes) immediately if his name was Cohen. When the answer was negative, he wanted to know if the other members of the Court were of Jewish origin. Korthals Altes told him ‘I have no idea’….and last but not least a woman he had met in the hallway “who is of Jewish origin and is afraid of Zionists’….-“Holocaust” is a concept from the Kabbalah, which states that after the Holocaust, Jews would be divine and could take possession of Palestine….To top it off, he shared the idea that the word ‘Nazi’ really comes from ‘Asheknazi’, to which the judge replied innocently “I always thought that ‘Nazi’ was an abbreviation of National Socialism”. De Kreek: (giggling) “No, that would have been NaSo!”…
Of course the defendant insisted that when he writes “Jews”, he really means ‘Zionists’. When asked by the judge why he did not stick to the use of “Zionists”, he answered: “that would diminish the readability”….
…He claimed he needed more time to prepare and asked for a postponement of the case to be able to do so. Asked how much time he needed De Kreek retorted: ‘3 hours or maybe even 3 days, I don’t know’. The court adjourned for five minutes and returned with a decision; no delay, the request had been denied. Again De Kreek began to argue and eventually he was getting louder, gesticulating, yelling and screaming. The court tried several times to calm him down but it was useless….Read More:http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/158336#.UBSlIfVb76M
(see link at end)…This marked the first such project at the site since the 1967 Six-Day War, as the area’s sensitivity could prompt a political and diplomatic flare-up, thereby discouraging any such work.
According to specific Antiquities Authority instructions, any digging at the site was not allowed to exceed 60 centimeters (roughly two feet) and was not to be undertaken using mechanical equipment. However, reports drafted by Pasternnack and other sources, exposed for the first time by Yedioth Ahronoth Friday, indicate that workers largely ignored the instructions.
Much of the work was done using a tractor, continued during the night with the help of a flashlight, reached deeper than the permit allowed for. Moreover, the clods of earth removed from the site, which apparently comprised valuable remnants from the two Jewish Temples, were thrown away to an improvised garbage dump by members of the Waqf (the administrative Muslim body in charge of Temple Mount.) …
…An investigative report by Yedioth Ahronoth revealed the ongoing failure of various Israeli authorities in safeguarding the rare archeological treasures found on Temple Mount. Information elicited by the newspaper showed that the Waqf is consistently erasing any trace of Jewish history at the site. Mideastern affairs expert Dr. Mordechai Kedar says these acts are undertaken in the framework of an Arab practice known as “erasing the signs,” aimed at eliminating the remnants of any civilization that preceded Islam.
Members of the State Comptroller’s Office launched an investigation into the affair four years ago and drafted a report about it. However, the Knesset’s State Control Committee decided to impose a gag order on the report for “security reasons.” …Read More:http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4194585,00.html

(see link at end)…“I started the petition as a way to help begin to break the silence over this ongoing modern tragedy,” said Yosef Rabin, who is a frequent Temple Mount visitor and former IDF soldier. “How can it be that in a Jewish State a Jewish government is banning Jewish worship in the holiest place on earth? We are ascending the Mount in accordance with the rulings of great sages of Israel including the Rambam, Radbaz, Rabbi Shlomo Goren, Rabbi Dov Lior, Rabbi Yisrael Ariel and many more! How can we allow a secular police force and government to persecute Torah observing Jews for following their Rabbinic leaders?”
“Secondly for those who are not religious, there is the issue of human rights,” Rabin said. “How can it be that a human being is arrested for the crime of prayer, in the very place that he feels is holy to him? Read More:http://www.jewishpress.com/news/69512/2012/07/26/
