Pelikan in the spring

What is called a pocket paintbox. Six shades of opaque watercolor paint from Pelikan which is made in Germany. Not a high-end offering,but a nice package that compares with Pebeo at a great price. The mystery of these German art products is how they are so competitive being made in a Euro-Zone country. The Pelikan pocket paint box retails for almost the same price as Reeves….
