Back in stock: Mary Owens oil Rouging kits. Over the years different people have tried to assemble a comparative set of oil tubes to use with pen and inks designs and painting techniques. They all failed. Usually the effort was geared to arriving at something less pricey and they were not capable of capturing the colors exactly the way this Martin F. Weber offering does. The Mary Owens kit uses Permalba oils which is a professional artist grade; maybe not up there with Rembrandt oil but in the same ball game. The set also contains the Weber oil transparentizing medium which is exclusive to Weber as neither Talens or Winsor & Newton seems to make a comparable product.
