Jumbo Textile and the Zero Footprint

jo-sonja-textile-mediumLast month we asked Chroma if they could produce a jumbo sized textile medium for us and they obliged with a 16 oz format. People are mad about image transfer onto these cotton grocery bags which is good business for us since these 100% cotton bags really soak up the textile medium very aggressively. The quality of the Jo textile is really good and I’m sure the consumer could cut it with 20% water and get the same result. The craft business is sort of like the stock market in that people go passionately into these fads until the bubble bursts and they go onto the next things which is generally also a recyled idea. So, with the transfer onto these grocery bags we are recycling twice. Talk about a zero footprint!
