The cover art of The Band’s ”Music From Big Pink” album has always intrigued me and I discovered it was actually painted by Bob Dylan himself.The style of painting meshed seamlessly with the music, kind of not in harmony but together, somewhat ragged but highly coherent,unusual yet perfect; and with elements of a post modern naive influence which is not easy to pin down.
